It is our own unique way to build or remodel your home with your input and with open lines of communication between you and those most closely involved in your new homes design and construction. Soon after you have made your decision and signed your purchase or remodeling contract, a pre-construction meeting will be scheduled at your convenience. There, you will meet with Eastern Shore Homes' representatives and review the included features and personalized selections you made for your new home or remodel. You will also receive an overview of the entire construction process.
